Returns & Refunds Policy

At Casacorner, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you may return it under the following conditions.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
Non-returnable items:

Personalised/custom-made products

Perishable goods

Items marked as "Final Sale"


2. How to Return an Item

Your order number

Reason for return

Photos (if item is damaged)
2️⃣ Wait for Approval – We'll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
3️⃣ Ship It Back – Send the item to:

3. Return Shipping Costs

Faulty/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping.

Change of Mind: Customer pays return postage.

UK Returns: Use a tracked service (we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery).


4. Refund Process

✔ Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days after we receive your return.
✔ Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Deductions may apply if items are used, damaged, or missing parts.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To swap an item, return the original and place a new order.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:
🔴 A defective item
🔴 The wrong product
Contact us immediately for a free return label & fast resolution.


7. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns if:

The item shows signs of wear or use.

The original packaging is damaged/missing.

The return is initiated after 30 days.
