We currently deliver to mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales).

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands: Additional charges may apply.

International Delivery: Not currently available.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

*Orders must be placed before [cut-off time, e.g., 2 PM] for next-day delivery.

3. Order Processing

✔ Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.
✔ Tracking Information: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Charges

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50.

Flat-rate fees apply for orders below the free delivery threshold.

5. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will attempt redelivery once.

After two failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to us, and a restocking fee may apply for reshipment.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your delivery upon receipt. Report any damages or missing items within 48 hours via [email protected].

We may require photographic evidence for claims.

7. Change of Delivery Address

Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Contact us immediately if you need to update details.
